Incident Rehabilitation Services: are provided free of charge to the communities we serve. In addition to the staging of a stand-by ambulance when requested by our contracted communities, the Incident Rehab Unit is available for any major incidents, fires, hazardous materials incidents and any long duration emergency events or as requested by the Incident Commander. This vehicle is staffed with a Supervisor, and any additional staff needed, who will coordinate the efforts of evaluation, hydration, heating, cooling, nourishment and rest to the responders on scene.  The Rehab Unit is available 24/7 and is garaged in Lawrence, MA. The Unit and staff will be a dedicated resource to any incident it is requested to, until released by the Incident Commander.
