Exchange Club of Lawrence Honors Patriot Staff
The Exchange club of Lawrence honors Patriot staff with EMT of the year award during a dinner ceremony on February 18, 2009.
Emergency Medical Technicians Holly Hunt, Erin Gallagher, Jason Lucier, and paramedics Matthew Brown and Robert Branchaud along with supervisor Shawn Ormiston for their heroic efforts that saved the life of a patient with multiple gun shot wounds last November.
The award was renamed this year and going forward to “The Michael Latta EMT of the Year Award”, after Michael Latta, a Patriot EMT who lost his life in the line of duty in 2007.
